Just Jump! Why I Force Myself to Jump off the High Dive Board

I describe myself as a "leader of leaders". It is my call to help equip individuals, leaders and organizations step into the greatness they aspire to.

I have over 35 years experience as a facilitator/instructional designer and speaker, in addition to having been a training program director at two City University of New York Colleges and a Women's Pastor and served in a host of other positions.

I am currently working with the clients: Home Care Education and Training Fund of 1199SEIU , the Brookdale Center on Aging at Hunter College and NY Hospital.
