Our Process
This is the process outlined for each individual client-manager-executive that we coach. The same process is applied large-scale for the client organization that hires us to develop a program, including in-depth materials that are used in the process, and the overall design that is aligned with your organization’s vision, mission, and strategic goals. We provide real-time analytics that help you track the program in action.
Discover
The goal is to explore your strengths, challenges, desires, and zone of genius through tested assessments, self-assessment assignments, a review of your leadership journey and revelatory conversations.
Decide
The goal is the analyze the findings of the discovery activities and seek out trends and implications. Then you choose a S.M.A.R.T.* behavioral goal that will bring you the results you want to achieve. S.M.A.R.T. is Specific, Measurable, Attainable, Relevant and Time-Bound.
Design
The goal is to choose a coaching option, one-on-one, group, package, methodology (usually virtual, but hybrid is available) and a time frame.
Deliver
The goal here is to get down to the “meat” of coaching: We meet according to your needs and schedule; weekly, biweekly, or monthly. Goals and specific steps are further refined, supplemental resources provided, and you will be stretched and challenged to exercise new leadership muscles and approach situations you may have previously avoided.
Debrief
The goal is to review progress, celebrate results in achieving your S.M.A.R.T. goals, with adjustments made as needed. Often a new area of exploration is identified, and the process begins again (usually with a shorter discovery phase.)
